We're Jenna & Shelby, this is our story...

Friend, we are just like you – busy women wearing all the hats wanting desperately to make this business thing work. We both were “successful”. Earned the car, the trips, the titles, the gifts. From the outside looking in, we had made it.

It was all rainbows and sunshine until we looked up and realized we were spinning our wheels and doing it all, yet still felt like we were dropping the ball in work and life. You know that gasp moment when you are texting a customer about their autoship and realize you haven’t talked to them since they first ordered? Or the hours you spend typing an email to keep them in the loop about a sale? Yeah, we knew it well.

After a combined 8 years of network marketing, we slowly started to realize some of our tried and true practices just weren’t doing the job anymore.

To be completely honest, we felt discouraged. We wanted to serve with excellence (and knew we had the ability!) but couldn’t do it all. 

Good news – we were not about to throw in the towel. We believed deeply that the Lord brought us with intention to this business, this community, and these customers.

We just needed a new way to serve them. We needed an easy to use system that felt GOOD.

Cue a text that changed it all. 

"What if we started emailing them?"

I know what you may be thinking, “What is so fun about old-school emails?” Well, let me tell you… these are not your mama’s emails.

These are emails that make our customers say to their friends, “Omg you need to buy from MY R & F girl – she is the BEST!”

                

These are emails that made us say, “Wow, I am truly showing up for my customers. I am consistently adding value to their lives, not just texting them when their order comes around.”

                

Slowly the emails expanded to texts and social content as well.

After a few months of using this content system a few magical things happened:

– our sales improved,

– our customer relationships strengthened, and

most importantly, we got our fire back.

As we started sharing glimpses of our new communication system, we quickly found out we were not alone in needing a little customer communication revamp. Fellow consultants were asking, “What are you doing?!” and we were thrilled to share.

We deeply believe running a professional, thriving business shouldn’t be complicated. You may just need some help!
